Eloorac transport racks

Rietberg (gl) – With an innovative product, the Rietberger entrepreneur Carsten Böttcher from Rietberg is currently able to gain a foothold on the international market. At the heart of his young company is a flexible transport rack called Eloorac, which is currently being sold to many parts of the world.
Böttcher developed the smart idea in his one-man business. As a trained carpenter, he is not only a creator of ideas, but also a designer, assembler, sales manager and managing director at the same time. Böttcher has long since patented his idea of a simple wooden frame, which is assembled from three or more parts on a common Euro pallet. It is particularly suitable for large glass panes, bulky panels or heavy doors. With the clever solution “Made in Rietberg” Böttcher meets the ravages of time. He now delivers the transport rack called Eloorac around the globe: to Ecuador as well as to Denmark or Kazakhstan.
Simple principle with great effect: Andreas Sunder (left) lets Carsten Böttcher explain the transport frame developed by him. Because the Eloorac can be dismantled and assembled again and again in a few simple steps, it is flexible and can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner.

Flexible and space-saving

The principle of success is quickly explained: Because the Eloorac can be dismantled and assembled again and again in a few simple steps, it is flexible and can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner. In particular, retrieval costs can be significantly reduced by logistics companies. Because the conventional racks take up as much space without goods as they do on the actual transport route. Cost savings are one thing,” says Böttcher, “but because they also save the number of return transports and thus many kilometres travelled, Eloorac also makes a valuable contribution to the environment.” This is why Böttcher’s product development, which reached its market maturity about a year ago, was also supported by the German government.
Reason enough for Mayor Andreas Sunder to take a look behind the scenes at the export operation. With the advantages of his product, the 49-year-old was able to win over the city leader as a fan. The function is simple, the use is self-explanatory and the advantages are obvious,” said the head of administration during a company visit.
